|
|
I'm currently in the middle of "revamping" my iPod/iTunes playlists. Here's what I have on both of them right now:
Autumn Goodbye-Britney Spears
Baby One More Time-Britney Spears
Bleeding Love-Leona Lewis (This is an AWESOME song!)
Dirty Little Secret-The All-American Rejects
Here I Go Again-Whitesnake
Hey There Delilah-Plain White Ts
Holiday (Faded Ending)-Green Day
I Don't Wanna Be In Love (Dance Floor Anthem)-Good Charlotte
Into the Groove-Madonna
Paralyzer-Finger Eleven
Take On Me-A1 (I actually LIKE this remake of the song!)
Girlfriend-Avril Lavigne
Inconsolable-Backstreet Boys
Calling You-Blue October
The Great Escape-Boys Like Girls
Don't Stop Believing-Journey
U+UR Hand-Pink
Little Red Corvette-Prince
Shut Up and Drive-Rihanna
Sorry, Blame it on Me-Akon
Teardrops on My Guitar (Pop version)-Taylor Swift (Yes, I like this song because it perfectly describes what I've been going through and felt like for the last nine months.)
Thnks Fr Th Mmrs-Fall Out Boy
I know it looks a lot, but it's really not. As you look through this list, you'll see I have an eclectic taste in music. I like lots of Alternative and "oldies", with the occasional pop song. I'm constantly downloading songs from iTunes, and I read about a website called spiralfrog.com the other day in a magazine that has free, legal music downloads. I haven't tried it out yet, but I will. |

Yeah, BHC....you GOTTA have LOTS of songs for those long car/train/whatever rides...ipods hold LOTS... You gotta perfect blend of current hits and 80s "classics" (I emphasise on the quotes, lol)... I suggest to spend a week listening to the radio (your fave stations, whatever) and songs that come on that you like (old or new) GET for your ipod! it's as simple as that (that's what I usually do...even if it's a song I never heard (and it's old) I'll remember a lyrical phrase in it, and search the lyrics on the web to find the song...
Although, if you're gonna PURCHASE all of the songs, I'd suggest go at a slower pace. I knew someone who blew $100 in one month for songs, which is ALOT for something like that... I use Limewire pretty much all the time, except when I can't find a decnt quality version of the song...that's when itunes comes in. |

This thread has potential, so here's my list. I have a ton of Disney Park background music and such, and over 300 songs, so I'm only going to list the artists.
3 Doors Down, 3LW, 702, Alanis Morissette, Alien Ant Farm, Alicia Keys, ATC, A*Teens, Augustana, BBMak, Boys Like Girls, Britney Spears, Buckcherry, B'Witched, Captain Jack, Carrie Underwood, Christina Aguilera, Cold War Kids, Collective Soul, Daft Punk, Daughtry, Death Cab For Cutie, Destiny's Child, Dream, Echo Jet, Eve 6, Fall Out Boy, Farewell, Fergie, Finger Eleven, Flo Rida, Foo Fighter, Gavin DeGraw, Goo Goo Dolls, Good Charlotte, Green Day, Gwen Stefani, Hoku, Janet Jackson, Jimmy Eat World, Jojo, Jordin Sparks, Jupiter Rising, Kate Voegele, Kelly Clarkson, Le Click, Leona Lewis, LFO, Lifehouse, Linkin Park, LostProphets, Lucky Boys Confusion, M2M, Mandy Moore, Maroon 5, Matchbox Twenty, Matt Nathanson, Miley Cyrus, My Chemical Romance, Natasha Bedingfield, Nelly Furtado, New Radicals, OneRepublic, Panic at The Disco, Paramore, Red Hot Chili Pepper, Rihanna, Sara Bareilles, Sean Kingston, Snow Patrol, Stroke 9, Switchfoot, Taylor Swift, The All American Rejects, The Click Five, The Fray, The Killers, The Kooks, The Last Goodnight, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, The Spill Canvas, The Veronicas, Three Days Grace, TLC, Vengaboys, Vertical Horizon, Weezer, and Yellowcard
I don't use limewire, I use torrents. Less of a chance of getting viruses. I think i've purchased 4 songs off of iTunes. |

I'm afraid to get another Ipod I killed two. However I have tons of soundtracks and gospel music on Itunes. I love to use as inspiration for writing or just doing homework. |

I Select ''Waka Waka'' Tone in my Keypad. The beauty of this tone is that it's music and Lyrics are Awesome. |
