Although I a fan of much older Nicktoons (Rugrats, Doug, Hey Arnold, and Rocko), I would have to say the last good animated show was Jimmy Neutron. What do you think?

I would have to say X's and Catscratch for sure. Très content

Every time i even hear of mr.meaty i feel smashing the TV.It such a crappy show.It has to be nick's LOWEST show yet. They mustve been pretty desperate when they picked the show up.im suprized it even lasted this long.even a month is too much.(no offence if there r fans of it here.)

Rocket Power. Best show ever! Just the extreme sports and the action. Best idea ever! Bravo

I have a whole "laundry list" of faves from the good days (and recent years)---
Rocket Power
Hey Arnold
Wild Thornberrys
Doug
Rugrats
AGU
As Told By Ginger
Rocko's Modern Life
Danny Phantom to an extent
heck, all the K-C animated shows
recent addition---Avatar (can't seem to get enough of this one. Besides N@N, Avatar's all I watch on Nick anymore)

I sure do miss the oldies. They just don't make 'em like they used to Triste

I so agree with you. One of the best animated shows period. Best show of its kind since Gagoyles.

The last good (and successful) Nicktoon to premier on Nick was Avatar. The ones that have premiered since then (CS, X's, and Meaty if you count it a Nicktoon) have been really mediocre and haven't been a "hit" for the channel - viewer and commercial wise. Avatar, on the other hand, has spawned a HUGE fanbase, line of toys, DVD's, and signifigant viewers for each episode (where it airs weekdays on two different channels)

Hopefully, 2007 will bring new, successful Nicktoons to Nick.
