Well, who saw it?!

I loved it, but the people I went with hated it. They thought the shaky camera was really annoying, but I didn't mind.

I want to see it but haven't had the chance yet. I know with the shaky camera, it's similar to Blair Witch, which drove many people mad. I heard the closer you sit, the worse it makes you feel.

It's about a monster attack on New York but filmed from the point-of-view of a hand-held camera. The camera is a little shaky at the beginning, but I got used to it. (I guess if you feel nauseous, just don't look directly at the screen for a while.) The special effects are really good, and it was a great suspense film. (And Spongebob is playing on a TV in an electronics store in one scene.) Rire

Went and saw it tonight. It was pretty entertaining. Good, not great. The camera shaking really didn't bother me. I'm not really one who gets dizzy with motion rides though.

That made me laugh too Rire I liked how it was at a news reporting part too, as if they were talking about the monster.
Overall, the film was OK. You do get used to the camera movement, but it was sometimes irritating.

I liked the movie, but me and my friend sat in the front roll and boy did I get motion sickness. My friend didn't know what was scarier. The monster in the movie or my face turning green. Embarassť

Awesome movie interesting mix of monster movie, terror, action flick. One of the best movies I have ever seen. The way it was shot, you feel like you are part of everything.

Cloverfield was good. Sound and picture was great, except when the screen has shaken a lot or tilts, which also gave the impression that you were there, was good and bad. I think I finally blew it.
