"Nick Jr 2" has a broadcasting license for the UK, and a test (currently airing Nick Jr) has appeared on Eurobird1 (one of the satellites Sky Digital uses).
It seems that channels are trying their hardest to launch quickly (Boomerang +1, CNToo, NickJr2) to force CiTV into a poor slot on the EPG when it (eventually) launches.

I'm not one bit suprised. They have Nick Jr so there's nothing to do in the morning on Spring break, so why not make even more? Don't the little kids get enough nick Jr?

Isn't the CITV Channel going to time-share with ITV4?

They want their own EPG slot, but Sky and ITV don't get on well so they make them wait for one (or something like that).

According to Digital Spy Forums, Nick Jr2 has started to test with video (showing Nick Jr Classics....) I'll have a look soon.

Nick Jr2 has launched on Sky - but it's just a +1 channel.
Cartoon Network Too has launched as well - it shows Cartoon Cartoons and old HB shows.
