Hmm... being a techie by heart and by profession, I would say:

1. Thomas Alva Edison. Can you imagine a world without electrical lighting, recorded music, and moving pictures?? Embarassé

2. Bill Gates. I know, I know; but you gotta admit that he's done quite a bit to make personal computers as pervasive and useful as they are today. He is a real pioneer, and without his thinkering we would have had to wait a lot longer for things like "a computer in every house", multimedia cell phones and most of today's electronic gadgets we all love to loathe. Besides, can you imagine a world without Windows(R)?? - - - - erm... nevermind... XD Rire

3 Gutenberg, of all people!! The first multimedia guru of the world. Fier His invention truly transformed the world, making the written word accesible to everyone, and making it possible for ideas and knowledge to be shared more easily and faster than ever!! Sourire

The two greatest human beings ever to be thought of existing on this earth are Jesus, and me!

I'll agree with Thomas Edison. We'd all be in the dark if he hadn't invented the lightbulb. Ha! Okay, that was a bad pun. Tire la langue
