The Hi-Def channel from MTV Europe launched today on Sky+HD. It will also show Nicktoons (in HD) at the weekends (I can see Spongebob, Avatar and Jimmy Neutron on the schedule so far).

So there's no Nickelodeon HD channel in the UK yet?
