Unusually, Nick is coming to Scotland for this too. I have no idea how the newsletter knew I lived here, though I suppose maybe everyone got the same e-mail.

Nickelodeon's Slime Across the UK tour is
coming to Scotland! So get yourself to one of the
below beachside venues next week and you can meet Ugly Mark and
Lovely Laura for slime, competitions and games!

Plus don't forget to tune in to Slime Across the UK on Nickelodeon.
Everyday from 11 'till 1!

MONDAY JULY 30:
Portobello Beach,
Edinburgh
(Main Promenade)

TUESDAY JULY 31:
Aberdeen Beach
(Opposite Codonas)

WEDNESDAY AUGUST 1:
Ayr Beach
(Opposite Pirate Pete's)

11am 'till 1pm each day!

(EDIT: Nick sent out the wrong dates!)

I didn't get one, unless I've been taken off the mailing list since the site was redesigned.

Speaking of which, the new site barely works on my computer.

I know, it's like Adobe puked all over Nick.co.uk - they got rid of the message boards, didn't they? I wonder what NickTVAnt does now... perhaps the Nick Jr. message-boards are still open, I wouldn't think they'd close that one cos a lot of parents seemed to post on it.

I think Nick Jr hasn't been redesigned.
I hadn't known the message boards were closed - I can't reach anything at all on the site!

I got an e-mail today, but the only thing addressed to me was this:

Quote:
Hi Tom!
Summer mornings on Nickelodeon are the best ever. Wake up with SpongeBob, followed by Drake & Josh, Zoey 101, new H20 and the NBB. We've also got Slime across the UK & Ireland and a brand new Sponge Bob game.

And I've said this before, don't know how they know to call me Tom, since I would have most definitely registered to Nick.co.uk as Thomas. I very rarely use Tom when it says "Name".

Stupid timing, surely 10 til' 12 would have been better?

I take it Beth Palmer (presenter of The Crunch - now axed?) has now left Nick UK?

It seems Laura Hamilton has replaced her..

Sorry if this has already been said, but whilst we are talking about presenters going/coming, in the last episode of Slime Across the UK & Ireland, Ed Petrie left Nickelodeon and will now be presenting CBBC when it gets their new look on September 3rd.

Shame, he was such a great presenter. Also, I miss The Crunch.

Could I just say something? I have been member on NickDisk since 2004 when it was on BBBoards. When we moved to BBBoards v2, NickDisk just didn't have that same feel towards it and wasn't the same. I didn't post as much and that's the same for over here at NickDisk Reloaded. I am not a newbie. I am an experienced member. Please do not take me as if I am a Newbie, I just don't post on this particular board much any more. Thanks.
