Hey,

I was wondering what you guys' favorite theme parks are? The occassional trip actually helps inspire my fanfiction writing, and to just rediscover the 'inner kid'. My favorite parks are:

1) EPCOT Center
2) Sea World
3) Universal Studios
4) Islands of Adventure

I haven't been to many but out of the ones I have been to I would have to say Universal Studios and Alton Towers. Even though the attractions at Universal aren't particularly White knuckle, they're still fun.

Disneyland was creepy. Too many costumes and weird people wearing them.

Hmm, after seeing that secret backstage clip of Disneyland Paris, I too am less taken to the characters. But the amusement park was cool... just, not a lot of variety to eat, what with it being sponsored by McDonald's.

Does Cedar Point count?

I haven't really been to Disny World, Universal Studios, or any other attraction in Orlando, FL, as I've never even been to Orlando to begin with. I wend to Disneyland back when I was three or so when we still lived in sunny Cali, but haven't been to a Disney themed attraction since, and I can't remember a thing about Disneyland from about 1983 [as I'm sure it's changed drastically since then]

Cedar Point was by far my favorite amusemen/theme park to date that I can recall. Lovely rollar ocasters, the usual carnival rides, and little shops--all located on a penninsula right smack dab in Lake Erie. From what I remember, they boast on having the tallest coaster in the world, Dragster, at a whopping 410 feet in height. Probably the scariest coaster I've seen to date.

When it comes to amusement parks, I'm more for the quality coaster rides over the creepy costumes and themed rides based on an animated movie of some sort.

It's an easy question to answer, and it's Universal Studios. And thi sis because you can go there and have a conversation with Captin America or Wolverine. Rire

DREAMWORLD AND WET N' WILD!

Dreamworld has Nick Central, the Tower of Terror, the Cyclone, the Eureka Mine Ride and even a Vortex!

Wet n' Wild is an awsome water park!

Hope to have a great time overall, but Great America Hurricane Harbor and prepared to wait in lines. Dark Knight and the Giant Drop: The most likely Batman would ride more crowded. With summer right around the corner, right now to plan a trip the whole family can enjoy the time.
