Stu have made a robot for the Reptar World but this one ran out of order. So he have been re-contacted to repair it.

The grownup will so take the Rugrats in our great country !
Chazz will take advantage of this journey to find a new wife !

The movie's beginning !

The movie start with grand'pa's marriage with Lulu. We can see a dancing scene where the mum dance with their children... but, as Chuckie doesn't have one, he stay alone. Few later, Stu is contacted by the Reptar World park to repair a robot in Paris.

Arrived in France, the babies meet a new Rugrats, Kimmi Watanabe, which will become - after Chazz wedding - Chuckie's sister.

They also meet Coco LaBouche, who want to be the boss of the park. This one hate Reptar at least as much than babies !

To be the boss, she must have a husband and a child. Unfortunately Angelica va "s'associer" with her and make everything so that Chazz meet her. Chuckie, helped by all the other Rugrats, must do anything to avoid this wedding and allow his father meet the "right" woman...

On Coco's side, we will see Jean-Claude.
